Not sure which tent fits your guest count and yard? Use this guide as a starting point. When in doubt, go one size up — guests are always more comfortable with a little extra room.

Tent Setup — Common Questions
Do you set up the tent?
Yes — setup and takedown are always included in the rental price. You don't need to lift a finger.
How much space do I need?
Add at least 2 feet on all sides of the tent size for stakes and guy wires. So a 20×20 tent needs roughly a 24×24 clear area. Not sure if your yard qualifies? Send us photos and we'll let you know.
Can tents go on concrete or asphalt?
Yes! We use weighted ballasts instead of stakes for hard surfaces. Just let us know your surface type when you book.
What if it rains?
Our canopy tents are water-resistant and provide solid rain protection for most weather. For heavy rain or windy events, ask us about sidewall additions for full coverage.
